Not the latest version, but it is the version used by my school (National University) for online classes.
I have only used the client, which is auto-installed when joining a session though the iLinc portal on my university's web site.

Installation is very straight forward if you have a Windows box handy. iLinc requires winhttp.dll to be able to run at all.
