Versions 00 through 09
Installing, theming, utilizing most plugins (flash included), downloading, secure sites, and Windows Vista mode to get the Vista theme. Firefox also responded and performs well with a msstyles theme installed, which in my case an aero theme to match closer to KDE 4.
Text editors work too...I am submitting this report with Windows Firefox 3 as I type.
EDIT: Java works! I ran Runescape on minimum detail. High detail won't work for some reason (it uses the video card, and it uses OpenGL).
What does not
Occassionally one might try to navigate a webpage that will result in a crash, for no particular reason I could easily point out, but it's not as bad as it was before the issues with Firefox 3 were fixed (thank you development team :D).
The Adobe Flash 9 plugin works, but the Shockwave 11 plugin does not. I only tested one director application though (Shockwave runs director apps fyi) so I'll try some more.
What was not tested
Some toolbars and other various plugins across the internet. Chances are most of the work.
Flash works as well as it did on Wine 0.9.59. I noticed some people, that tested chrome, say that Flash was broken; had become laggy, but that was not the case in Firefox.

After a little more testing, Firefox 3 seemed to show that it will run equally as stable in Windows Vista mode as it will in Windows 2000 mode. If you want the effects that comes from the Vista version of Firefox 3 (button colors change, GUI changes slightly), then put it in Vista mode.
If you are using Compiz-Fusion on your linux installation and wish to use Firefox, you need to disable it or Firefox will refuse to minimize or allow other windows to be on top of it without manually setting Firefox to sit behind all windows. It doesn't always seem to work, but the problem seems less frequent this way.
