Everything, unless we are emulating a virtual desktop and
Specifically, you can start and play games flawlessly. Sound works.
What does not
Somehow it captures the mouse even though I have disallowed DirectX games from capturing the mouse.
If we are emulating a virtual desktop and the the virtual desktop is not 1024x768 the the game pops up an error dialog box and refuses to run.
At one point the game appeared to crash. Perhaps this would have happened under windows too? Anyway it spewwed out errors like:
err:ddraw:PixelFormat_WineD3DtoDD Can't translate this Pixelformat 63
err:ddraw:PixelFormat_WineD3DtoDD Can't translate this Pixelformat 64
What was not tested
Demo does not allow us to save.
Note that although it works flawlessly out of the box, it may not work if wine does not use out of the box settings (I.e. if you have enabled virtual desktop). I was using a Radeon 4650 Silent with 8.10 drivers. This sometimes makes a difference.
