Additional Comments
Island Xtreme Stunts is known for having various physics and animation related bugs. Most of these also occur on Windows. The few that don't are purely cosmetic. Some bugs can only be noticed if you run the game on a fast current day computer, because of this one may think the bugs are related to Wine when in fact they are not.
The island's skybox looked off on one rare occasion. The airplane lift off animation from the first airport sometimes plays twice.
When you get pushed away sometimes the being pushed away animation never stops, even when you reach a still, until you stop moving or move towards the direction you were pushed to. Improper bike state resets in Motorbike Mayhem. Wave Catcher has broken collision physics. Inertia, which was really hard to deal with in computers with lower processor speeds is almost nonexistent with faster clock speeds. The helicopter moves up and down and turns left and right extremely fast. The helicopter and sea vehicles can get stuck inside of certain structures of you move towards them too fast. Low res, fixed sized shadows that don't diffuse and have a weird highlight. There is z-fighting inside the film studio building. Pepper's walking animation happens in the Tower Climbing mini game at the end happens to play in slow motion, although he moves normally. Completing all three difficulties of Wave Catcher before Motorbike Mayhem can crash the game on the loading screen. Loading a save file saved right in front of the police station's board and various other island locations can crash the game. Always save next to a board so you can load a mini right after the save file and prevent any potential crashes.
Fog distance used to be an issue depending on your graphics card and version of Direct X. This was particularly bad when walking around the island, climbing the extreme tower, and recording Ripcord Rescue. Using D9VK reduces the fog immensely the game runs much more closely to the PS2 version, meaning it's running closer to what was the developers intended.
