Installation and launching the game
Menus and changing settings
Certain in-game HUDs and menus
What does not
You need to copy xinput_1.dll and d3dx9_30.dll to wine's system32 folder or the game will not run.
When starting a mission, almost the entire screen is black except for certain 'menu' elements (ammo indicator bottom left, circle for aiming your gun middle of the screen, box with overview room and camera/radar bottom left).
I disabled HDR but it still gives this problem.
What was not tested
Playing the game, it is impossible because you cannot see anything. Everything seems to react normally though (you hear enemy footsteps, you can use your equipment, you hear your instructions, etc.).
Game Complains about missing xinput_1.dll and wine complains that you should use the game's d3dx9_30.dll instead of Wine's own. Once you copy those files to wine's system32 folder, game starts up however. The game uses Securom, however no no-cd patch was necessary to get it to run.
