Almost everything works. See below for what does not.
Important features which I know are working:
-The system tray icon
-"Always on Top" for notes
-Sending notes over the network
What does not
I use this program heavily and have found the following issues:
1 - One cannot edit a note by double-clicking on it unless the window in focus when you click does not belong to ATnotes.
2 - The "always on top" feature for notes will not turn off on some notes unless the application is restarted.
3 - The menu which appears when the system tray icon is right clicked is slow to appear.
4 - The icons on the tabs in setup menu are shifted down from where they should be.
5 - The calender window has several visual glitches and disappears if it looses focus.
6 - Transparency is completely broken
To the best of my knowledge this is a complete list of the issues with the notes system, but I very likely missed one or two small things.
What was not tested
I did not throughly test the calender system or alarms.
I am yet to find a Linux native sticky note system which works with Gnome and has the ability to make notes without Desktop-Space wasting decorations on them.
