What works

Installation
Playing trainings
Some settings (haven't test them all)

What does not

If you start the game (wine -> Programs -> America's Army -> America's Army) you are going to see a HTML page. If you click on the "Play America's Army" button the game won't start (if you browse to the System directory of America's Army and execute ArmyOps.exe the game will play). All other buttons on this HTML page also don't work.

The mouse does weird. It looks like it moves in a box so you can't walk and shoot in all directions.

Additional Comments

It runs ok (trainings, I haven't test playing online). It plays also with a pretty good FPS (15-50 @ 1600*1200 @ normal graphics) but the mouse moves like it is in a box and that's annoying (you can't walk/shoot in every direction.

HowTo / Notes

HOWTO (Not Tested)

In order to fix the mouse bug, download the dinput.dll at http://fxlegrand.free.fr/index.php?page=patches. Dowload the version that applies to the version of Wine you use. (To find at which version of Wine you have, type 'wine --version' in a terminal.) Copy the downloaded version of the dll to your wine system32 directory. The mouse should work as intended.

Note: I have not yet personally tested this howto.
