The Installer works now, as long as you make it look like you have a swap file. The form Builder runs, connects to a database, edits, compiles, and saves forms. Reports builder also appears to work. The included Reports server also appears to work.
What does not
The Net Manager would not run, had to manually configure the SQLNET.ORA and TNSNAMES.ORA. Reports builder would freeze when running from the Ubuntu menu icon created by Wine, but it ran fine when run from the Wine command interpreter.
What was not tested
Did not test the numerous other utilities included in the development suite.
To install, you must first make it think you have a sufficiently sized swap file so it will pass its requirements checks: To do this, Open Regedit, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\ and create a key named "Memory Management". Then, inside that, create a multi string named "PagingFiles" and set the value to "C:\pagefile.sys 766 1600" (this does not actually have any effect on Wine) Then run setup and it should be happy. I already had a printer configured and the MS Fonts loaded. Installed on a fresh wine folder. No additional DLLs were used.
