Additional Comments
Unsurprisingly this doesn't entirely work! It appears to get further along in the skinning process by deselecting "Allow the window manager to decorate the windows" and "Allow the window manager to control the windows" in the Graphics tab of winecfg It requires mcf42u.dll and MSVCP60.dll to run; downloading these into the system32 directory will allow the application to run Selecting the Windows XP skin will crash the program and it will not restart until a reinstallation is complete; but other skins such as the "Classic Yellow" can be "installed" - the screen blurs as it does in Windows, but the skin will not actually be applied (though WindowBlinds will act as though it has).
