If you put the mfc42.dll file (you can find it here) in the Berkeley Madonna folder, the Program will start. I also recommend you install BM on your linux partition (use wine to use the program installer). I don't know why, but it seems it works better.
What does not
The Flowchart doesn't work, because BM doesn't find the Java Virtual Machine, which is necessary flowcharts. (even though it's installed on both linux and windows partitions).
Note : BM is not a program you can start with a Java Virtual machine, but the virtual machine is used by BM.
What was not tested
I didn't test the equation editor, since I only know how to use the Flowchart.
