Additional Comments
After re-testing with two different systems (One Windows and the other Ubuntu), I was able to play a LAN game without any editing or hacks. Internet gaming hasn't been tried due to no servers or anyone playing this game online.

How to play the game
You will need
After some messing around, I have found out that it is now possible to play South Park PC Game on Linux using WINE after doing a few things.
When you insert the CD, do not use the installer that is in the root of the CD. Instead locate the folder called "setup" on the CD and run the file called "setup.exe " under WINE. Now, go into the South Park folder (The one you installed to and load up "SouthPark.exe" under Wine and your game should work.
Should the game complain about No CD detected then make sure you have setup a "D: Drive" in Wine and make sure it points to your CD Drive and that you have mounted the CD. Should that not work, read below. It is possible that below this stage, this will not work. If this is the case then apply the patch on a Windows PC and copy over the modded file to Linux. I am aware this is not the best method, but it may work for you if the below doesn't.
Once it has installed, download a No CD Patch and extract it into the folder called South Park (Where you installed it to, default /home/your_username/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Acclaim Entertainment/South Park/. Now change the name of "SouthPark.exe" to "southp~1.exe".
Once this has located, load up the terminal and then type
"chmod 777 '/home/your_username/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Acclaim Entertainment/South Park/'" and then type
"cd '/home/your_username/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Acclaim Entertainment/South Park/'" and then type,
"wine crack.com"
Once you have done that, double click on "southp~1.exe" (Or in terminal - wine southp~1.exe) and South Park should run. Now make sure to set up your graphic setting correctly or you may need to re-install the game and start from step one if you can't understand the config file it creates.
The game should work correctly (While it can be slow when starting a new game) and also, the networking hasn't been tried as I have no one else to try it with (If you get it working, let me know and we can set up a network game to try it out).
This game should work without any problems however you may need a No CD patch if the game complains that it can't find a CD (After you make sure that you have setup the CD in Wine and that you have mounted the CD). Applying the patch on a Linux PC may not work for you (It has for me when I have written the guide).
If it don't work for you, you will need to apply the patch on a Windows operating system (Or get a friend to do so) and transfer it back onto Linux or even contact me for further help (However, please use the comment first so that everyone can see the solution, after all, that what Wine HQ App DB is for..
