Installation - To get a full installation on amd64 bit systems the solution is to copy the entire contents of both disks into the same directory as though they were a single disk. Run setup from there and you are golden.
Patch (2.14 as of this writing) - Running the patch on the proper installation works fine.
What does not
Copy Protection - As with amd64 Wine issues, the copy protection apparently prevents this game from loading in spite of the disk being in the drive. This means relying on the NoCD patches out there, of which, there currently doesn't appear to be the proper patched NoCDs available. Tsk tsk vendors...
What was not tested
Loading Speed with Patch
Everything because of DRM / Copy Protection
If someone knows of a workaround for the running of copy protected DVDs / CDs, please post it. Thanks immensely.
