Program crashes on startup without overrides for ole32.dll, oleaut32.dll, and rpcrt4.dll. However, even with the native dlls the program is unusable because of screen redraw problems.

The download page specifically warns Mac and Linux users that they need to run Virtual PC/VMware or another Windows emulator to use this software, so it seems as if they already know it doesn't work in Wine.
