Everything works "out of the box" except for Multiplayer. Directplay must be installed in order for Multiplayer to work right.

Issue with obsolete graphics drivers

Old nvidia stuff was installed without being used, only started making problems after release upgrade. Removal fixed glx issues.
Ubuntu 16.04 Version: 3.0-rc2

Tried to test older wine versions (getting a different error, maybe related to building), but at first glance this might be not a regression in wine, but instead in Ubuntu packaging(?).
Back
