So far the only way to get AWB up and running is to install dotnet20 using winetricks. The following howto works for Ubuntu systems that can run the latest Wine builds. Type the following in a terminal (command line):
sudo aptitude install cabextract
wget http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks
sh winetricks dotnet20
then cd to your awb directory and run
wine AutoWikiBrowser.exe
