Unable to get mouse or keyboard to respond in full screen mode. Settings from Configure GTR 2 don't appear to stick, so I'm stuck at a resolution.

Upgraded to 1.3.17 from 1.2.2 because there were black stripes darkening everything beyond the draw distance. That is gone in 1.3.17. Installed 1.0 from discs copied to hard drive, installed 1.1 patch, then installed online patch to update servers. Using No CD patch to run. Did not test running from CD. Admin note: rating changed to conform to the rating definitions.
