Start the Application without a Document

What does not

- Disabled buttons should be shaded, but they are grey
- Load a Document or start the Application with a Document result in a crash:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0xffffffff at address 0x173f:0x00000e40 (thread 0018),
  (Using a virtual Desktop makes no difference)
