Everything.Wine 1.7.18 also work flawlessly.
My linux main sound system is JACK. My wine sound driver sets to pulseaudio,and pulseaudio is bridged to JACK.Vocaloid2 can run flawlessly.

Set Vocaloid2 output to Pulseaudio in Vocaloid2 editor. Then use pulseaudio-jack bridge,to send into Jackd.
It work perfectly. I have also tested directly output into jack. As I remembered, it didn't work well.
