What works
Totally without VSTI
What does not
The green color bar in effect editor (bottom of the editor window) is a little darker than it originally should be, but they still can be seen. Singing-tuning works still can be done. Just take care watching them. If you don't like the darker color, just take the old patch building your customized wine.
Workarounds
What was not tested

Set Vocaloid2 output to Pulseaudio in Vocaloid2 editor. Then use pulseaudio-jack bridge,to send into Jackd.
It work perfectly. I have also tested directly output into jack. As I remembered, it didn't work well.
