What works

Everything.Wine 1.7.18 also work flawlessly.

Many Vocaloid2 plugins also can be used flawlessly (WineP should be needed).

My linux main sound system is JACK. My wine sound driver  sets  to pulseaudio, and pulseaudio is bridged to JACK.Vocaloid2 can run flawlessly.

HowTo / Notes

Using under Jackd

Set Vocaloid2 output to Pulseaudio in Vocaloid2 editor. Then use pulseaudio-jack bridge,to send into  Jackd.

It work perfectly. I have also tested directly output into jack. As I remembered, it didn't work well.
