Installed using Mirror Moon's English patch installer. Tested Main menu, text screens, starting a new game in Arcade/Vs. mode. Opening movie (MBOP.MPG) works with native quartz.dll/devenum.dll + some 3rd-party codec for MPEG-1 sequences (LAV Filters in my case), with internal quartz/devenum it will not play but game will still run (press any button to reach the title screen).
What does not
Character sprites - the whole point of this game. You can't do anything with invisible characters, hence the game is completely unplayable.
OP video will play only ONCE - the next time it will either not play at all, or even crash the application. Might be a problem with Wine and LAV Filters...
What was not tested
Runs... but without character sprites, there is no point wasting time with a install.
