Additional Comments

Ran from a portable drive installed from windows, haven't tested installer. If winecfg option 'allow window manager to control the windows' is enabled, do not disable the menu bar as you will not have access to it until you disable the winecfg option.

HowTo / Notes

How to fix the redraw issue (bug #5935) for lists within mIRC.

There is a bug (#5935) in WINE, that causes mIRC not to redraw different list types correctly, when the list is contained in a mIRC MDI child, that is maximised.

The solution at this time, is to load the following mIRC script: http://code.google.com/p/winefix/source/browse/trunk/winefix.mrc

This script should not interfere with any other functions of mIRC.

Winetricks additions - riched20 and wsh56
The script editor is known to crash unless riched20 is added, it may be added via Winetricks. Some scripts may require Windows Scripting Host (wsh56), It can also be added via Winetricks.
