Just Cause

What works

• the launcher (changing the screen resolution, detail level etc.)
• cutscenes
• the main menu
• audio, using ALSA (full hw. acceleration)
• mouse and keyboard in the main game
  

What does not

• the game crashes while loading the first mission when Texture Resolution and Scene Complexity are set to 'High'
• extremely slow performance (even on the lowest resolution/details). The menus also react very slowly
  
• loading a saved game takes a huge amount of time ( >5 min)
• shadows (blocky)
• doesn't restore the original screen resolution on exit (fullscreen)

Additional Comments

The game crashes on the first level load when Texture Resolution and Scene Complexity are set to 'High'. The game is barely playable because of the performance issue. 800x600 resolution, all details set to 'low', post-process effects disabled. Tested on: AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+ 3 GB Ram Nvidia GeForce 250 GTS / driver 275.09.07
