What works
Install*, and anything I've run into.
Bold, Italic, Underline, Font, Save, Open, Left/Right/Justify Test, Search, help, Spread Sheet Calculations, etc...
*It installed fine, with nothing special to do, but after installing it after MSOffice 2007 it said there was a missing dll, which I just copied from my Windows System32 directory to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ and it worked great.

There is a Star Office for Linux, but it's designed for a 32 bit version of RedHat, not the 64 bit version of KUbuntu that I'm using.
