What works
I have tested the game out in both Online and LAN play. Everything seems to be flawless except for listed below.
What does not
On my system the game would not operate right when video is set to either "Direct3D" or "GL". When set to "Software" the game runs perfect with a little bit of lag but such small lag that is fully playable with.

Different Resolutions. I have only tested the default 640x480.

Tested on Inspiron 1501 Laptop with AMD Turion @ 2.0 GHz, 1GB of RAM, and ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 with 256MB of shared memory (leaving my total memory at ~894MB)
