It actually works really well after following this guide: http://board.airrivals.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=7784 - or - http://wine-review.blogspot.com/2008/05/airrivals-on-linux-with-wine.html You will need to actually find some native DLLs. This will stop the game from crashing after the select character screen.
