What works

• Running the game either via wine or via
  

java -Xmx512M -jar ./EbaMain.exe

works. It starts slowly, but that seems to be the game's fault, not that of wine.

• Full-screen as well as windowed modes both work.
  

What does not

For installing, the dvd must be mounted as udf, iso9660 does not work. If the installer complains about not finding certain data files (it asks to insert another floppy(!)), make sure the dvd is mounted correctly. The respective line in the output of

mount

should show "udf" instead of "iso9660". If it does not, consult your distribution's support for further help.
