Pretty much everything.
What does not
Some minor graphical glitches; like torches displaying way too large from distances, and not being able to see your own character in first person view.
What was not tested
Extended game-play. Only logged in for a few minutes to verify functionality.
Please follow the How-To to get the game running.

Since some aspects of the installation are not completed successfully (DLL registration, and possibly more), we need to perform this afterwards by hand.
wine iexplore www.winehq.org
sh winetricks vb6run vcrun6 directx9
cp ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Red\ Bedlam/Roma\ Victor/GZIPLibrary.DLL ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/GZIPLibrary.DLL
wine regsvr32 "C:\Windows\system32\CGZipLibrary.DLL"
Using this process should get your game running. I have only found very minor graphical glitches, but everything has seemed playable so far.
Also, special thanks to xxploit for the superb sleuthing on the requirements to get the game running.
