Additional Comments
Install winetricks download creator.msi winetricks -q IE6 winetricks -q vcrun2005 (you might also try msiexec creator.msi, I was copying the user's post who came before me) wine iexplorer.exe File menu,Open: creator.msi install then: [it is possible ie. worth a try that NavtiveMSI is unnecessary - winetricks instructions said to install first] 1) install NativeMSI (http://wiki.winehq.org/NativeMsi) 2) open winecfg, set overrides for msxml3 and msxml4 3) search google for and download msxml3.msi 4) search google for msxml4 and download from microsoft 5) install msxml3 and msxml4 (msiexec msxml3.msi msiexec msxml.msi) Now Mobipocket Creator will generate the TOC, but the preview function does not work. You can manually preview mbc_toc.html (in the pulication dir) by opening it with firefox.
