What works

For me the fonts look OK (no overlapping as reported previously), but the letters have extra spacing between them that makes the display a lot less dense than when running on windows.

I've successfully done a couple of analyses using the WINE version now.

What does not

When you choose HELP, you get an error and it does not work.

The mouse behavior is a little picky. I find that when dragging a sequence between 'blocks' it can be hard to get the last residue moved to the new block. I've always managed with repeated tries but sometimes it takes 8-10 click attempts.

This is the only 'must have' app for me that was still tying me to Windows. I'm tickled pink to be able to use it on Linux. Thanks!!!
