Test Results

Old test results
The test results for this version are very old, and as such they may not represent the current state of Wine. Please consider submitting a new test report.
Selected Test Results

What works

Opening files in All views (tree, text, HTML, etc.) including "Advanced Mode" (from the Debug menu), detecting new updates.

What does not

Running under Windows 7/Vista emulation; see below.

When starting the app in HTML mode (without opening any files), it mis-renders a message telling the user to open a file (instead displaying the following:
%3Chtml%3E%3Cbody%3E(You%20must%20at%20least%20open%20one%20file)%3C/body%3E%3C/html%3E).

Workarounds

What was not tested

I did not test reVTMD view (non-free licensing), the installer (used portable/7-Zip version), or creating header files.

Additional Comments

My Wine is currently setup to globally emulate Windows 7. When I launched this app, it immediately crashed. Likewise when I set my Wine to Vista. XP seems to work just fine, though. When running under a new/fresh prefix, it worked out-of-the box. Other versions of Windows were not tested. This test was done on MediaInfo version 0.7.62, 32-bit version.
