Pretty much everything!
What does not
Japanese text does not display properly in some controls.
Specifically: if you open a file with Japanese characters in its name, go through a few kanji cards and then try to quit, a dialog box pops up with the file name, but the Japanese characters do not display. However, the file will save properly; this does not seem to cause any real issues.
Same bug: Utilities->Options, Fonts tab, the drop-down menus for fonts do not display Japanese characters. This affects the MS fonts displaying properly, and is somewhat a nuisance, but if you just switch to Bitstream Vera or similar then it's no issue.
What was not tested
Nothing of note. Just did a quick test, and most everything worked perfectly.
