Installed latest version of Paradise Poker from website (19-Oct-2006).
Get windoze installer: wget http://www.paradisepoker.com/ParadisePokerSetup.exe
Install in Wine: wine ParadisePokerSetup.exe
Run in Wine: wine "c:\Program Files\ParadisePoker\paradisepoker.exe"
Successfully runs the program.
Successfully logged in to existing user account.
Placed bet of $1 on blackjack, I lost :-(
Successfully exited program.
What does not
Whole screen goes black when first entering the program, annoying!
Ubuntu (Debian Sarge + Gnome) menus become black, and do not restore original colour/ graphics after exit.
To refresh menus, bring up the 'power off' menu and then cancel, menus will be re-drawn.
What was not tested
There are also other issues how the windows work, which I have not fully tested.
The Paradise Poker software running under Micro$lut Windoze is set to have multiple windows, and when a new table is selected, a new window is created and the lobby window is minimized. This behaviour is buggy in Wine.
Keep up the good work.

This version is obsolete.
Indeed, Paradise Poker joined the Boss Media network.
It now has a different look, different functionalities... and different problems :-)
