Shadows aren't rendered correctly. After changing a setting you need to click yes at a confirmation dialog - this dialog box sometimes does not appear unless you hit alt-tab.

Works really well overall, I had just installed Dungeon Siege II when I noticed that this demo had popped up. It doesn't seem to perform too well on my 8600M GT though.
