Game requires to install Microsoft Games for Windows (XLiveRedist.msi). Might be possible to download and install needed dll's separately. Get rid of error message "Call from 0x7ee2cc9e to unimplemented function d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateFragmentLinkerEx, aborting" by search and install d3dx9_36.dll manually to system32 folder.
