Game works in this version but needed follow steps: -Internet Explorer Installed (I use 7 version) -Windows Media Player 10 (winetricks also works) -This Exe file: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/54001699/Ford%20Racing%202/FR2.7z When you make previous steps, proceed to run game but some fonts not appears (not important) and sound tracks not play but cars and announcers sounds works In video environment mapping in my case not work, when activate all screen appears in white Tested on: Wine 1.5.10, Wine Ver Default XP, CDEmu for drive installs (Daemon Tools on Linux), AMD A4 3300 2.5Ghz, ATI Radeon HD6410D 512MB Shared Memory, 4gb (2x2) DDR3 1333, ATI Catalyst 12.6 aka 8.98.2, Linux Mint 13 Maya Mate Desktop 32 Bit

The game works fine with a fixed executable from the Widescreen Gaming Forum.

The provided executable there only works with the russian version. To get it running with any other version, do the following:

Run "winetricks wmp10" to get rid of the getkey.dll error
Copy the fixed FR2.exe from wsgf into your installation
Use a program like Hex Editor MX to open any .spc-file from the sounds folder
Look at the 13th, 14th and 15th byte of the .spc file. Copy them.
Open the fixed FR2.exe with Hex Editor and replace the string "71 F6 40" with the one you noted.
