GRLevel2 is a Windows viewer for live and archived NEXRAD Level II data. Base reflectivity, base velocity, storm relative velocity, and spectrum width sweeps for all radar tilts are available. High speed zooming and panning allows you to quickly focus in on the area of interest.

What works

Program runs, all windows to select sites & change preferences & such seem to work correctly, radar seems to download.  Range, height, lat/long and echo intensity seem to be correct.

What does not

Radar images are not viewable, background image is not viewable.  Saving a screen shot (using the application's built in functions) results in a black image.

Workarounds

What was not tested

GPS functions.  Panning & zooming could not be tested due to the inability to see the radar image.
