What works

Well, the game starts up just fine, and seems to run well.

What does not

In character creation I can not see my own image so there is no way to tell what I look like until I enter the game, and then even then the models are majorly distorted and often appear to glide rather than walk. In game the ground and many of the objects on it are invisible, NPCs enemies and structures show up fine, but teleporters and low level obstructions make walking like navigating a maze in the dark.

What was not tested

I logged in, killed a few things, but couldn't put up with the graphics problems for a good test.

Additional Comments

I have the newest video drivers, mono, the ULL and all that I had before when it worked perfectly. I even downgraded to wine 1.0 and 1.0rc3, the version I was using before with no issues to make sure it was not a problem with the newer version of wine. It looks to me like the patch broke something. I really do hope I'm missing something obvious and will be called an idiot for posting this new version at such a low rating, I'd much rather be a bit embarrassed than no longer be able to play.
