X3 == 13. I have purchased every version from 8 to 13, and as an MS windows based DTP package it is fine. 10 was able to import pdf files, although it is not until 13 that all features were supported. From version 8 very good PDF export has been available. The package is easy to use but is not without rough corners: the twain interface that worked fine in 11 & 12 is broken in 13.

I'm new to Wine, but tried to install PagePlus X3 and X6 from CD. The installer works part way through and then crashes. Also downloaded the freeware version of PPX7, and that crashed. Again, I'm new to Wine and not skilled at tweaking it.
