In version 3.0 you can now use VSTi plug-ins to create music sequences in the built-in piano-roll editor.
Loading of audio files.
Saving of audio files.
What does not
Have'nt found anything that didnt work so far...
What was not tested
To get this baby run you have to do a few tricks: Grab the wmvcore.dll from the net or a windows installation and drop it in ~./wine/drive_c/windows/system32/ Use winetrics to install msxml3 when you run it first time and activate Audition it will run. If you try to start it again you can in most cases be presented by the Adobe Licensing Service complaining about insofficient privileges. I simply rebooted the system and the problem went away. Happy Audio editing :D This approach also apply for Audition 2.0
