What works

Whole game runs fine.

What does not

Anti Aliasing settings are ignored even if activated in the crimson.ini configuration file.

The Font Rendering using the included "SimHei" font is pretty jacked up... The fonts are too small but readable.

Maploading Problems. After loading a map you'll experience 4-5 seconds of intense lagging... just wait and the problem will solve itself.

What was not tested

Nothing. Everything was tested.

Additional Comments

It runs a lot faster if you turn down the shadow quality, view range and cloud effects... You can leave in weather effects though... they seem to go easy on wine. The game runs fine in compiz... YES - really! Just make sure though you move all "active" windows out of its range... so they don't overlap... if you don't - You'll experience flickering of the image. Alternatively to this you could just turn off compiz while playing.

HowTo / Notes

Rotation Lockups

Beware when rotating the camera!

Doing so with the Keyboard Key Combo Ctrl + Tabulator + Moving your mouse works fine but... using the scrollwheel randomly locks up the game.

General Notes

The game runs fine in all known screen modes...

The games' own windowed mode works fine... but you wont get a titlebar... thus you can't move the window around.

Fullscreen works fine aswell. But all resolutions that arent 4:3 will have top and bottom screen contents cut off...

Fake windowed mode (Fullscreen + Wine Desktop) works fine aswell... and should be used instead of the games' own windowed mode. Why? It has a titlebar to drag it wherever you want it. ;)
