The Game Seems to have some issues, all of them seem to have workarounds.
Workarounds
The game will crash if wmp9 and wmp10 is not present because wine cannot play the intro cutscenes.
SpeechAnd Music Seem to only work by installing devenum,dmband,dmcompos,dmime,dmloader,dmscript,dmstyle,dmsynth
,dmusic,dmusic32,dsound and dswave. Do not install "DirectMusic" via winetricks, as it will install quartz and make the game crash instantly. no idea what does cause this. if anyone has a clue, let me know.

It seems by installing the Fixes for music and speech it caused a FPS drop. no clue as in why as well. for a weak laptop as the one i tested the game on, probably should've seen it coming.
