What works

Application runs, allows to advance lessons. When launching the entire screen goes black.

Software installs some additional tools like a guitar tuner, Metronome, Recorder, and Chord Dictionary.

Pressing the notes on the tuner causes the screen to go black.

Metronome works as expected.

Chord Dictonary plays the chords installed to disk, but some of the advanced chords are left on the CD.

What does not

The Videos require quicktime which is installed during software installation, but they do not seam to play when pressing the video icons. This also causes the screen to go black.

Chord Dictionary does not seam to play the chords from the CD that are not on the HDD from installation.

Additional Comments

The blacking of the screen can be cleared by clicking the mouse until you bring a window to the foreground, then if you move the window around, it will redraw the desktop, and window contents. Taskbars seam to stay black unless you have an auto-hide feature turned on so they are redrawn.
