Extended periods of play cause some graphical issues
Planets have trenches in them occasionally, (planet modification occasionally causes these to "pop" into existence).
Tips: Play creature stage with wings, flying over trenches is easy.
After extended periods of play in the space stage planets will stop loading, the terrain will be black, no animals will appear unless you wait a long time. Clearly a memory issue which probably isn't difficult to fix.
After prolonged play periods the above problem will cause the game to crash. Don't forget to save.
