One user got it to work under some mysterious version of Linux+Wine? I just spent a day trying to get this to work. I tried it under Mint 7 (Ubuntu 9.04), Mint 9 (Ubuntu 10.04, Linux 2.6.32-21), with Wine 1.0.1 and 1.2. With various problems (like wine asking that the setup.exe does not have execute permissions?!?!) I managed to get it to install. When trying to get it to run, the best I managed was "File not found". When trying to run the .lnk that the menu entry was pointing to I got nothing. When trying to run the .exe in the Spore directory, I also got nothing.
