What does not
There is one tiny glitch in the game out of the box: Horizontal mouse movement is restricted until the left mouse button is clicked. The simple solution is to pull up the command map at the start of a map, and click (so as not to fire off a round erroneously). Once the click has occurred, horizontal mouse movement is completely free.
