Test Results

Old test results
The test results for this version are very old, and as such they may not represent the current state of Wine. Please consider submitting a new test report.
Selected Test Results

What works

  • Installer
  • Application
  • Diagnostics
  • URLs
  • Uninstall (though it leaves the empty Gomez directory behind)

What does not

  • Drawing problems in WinXP mode (used Win7)
  • CPU utilisation in the diagnostics is very wrong
  • All processes run at normal priority (should be idle)
  • taskkill still broken
  • After running for a long time Java can consume 100% CPU when apparently not doing anything. Not sure what's causing it or if it is actually or bug (and if it is a bug if it's a bug in Wine).

HowTo / Notes

Workarounds

Tested under Wine 1.7.38.

  1. Run winecfg and set Windows mode to Windows 7.
  2. Install.

Thanks to Kåre Baastrup for the help.

Uninstall leaves empty directories behind
Following uninstall of Gómez Peer you will likely be left with a number of empty directories. This is normal behaviour and the same occurs in Windows XP. This is not a Wine bug.
