Totally MAD

This is a collection of every issue of MAD magazine on CD-ROM with a Windows application for browsing. With recent versions of Wine (I used the Debianized 20020904) all the basic features work including playing of sound and music files. There are some issues with printing and bookmarks. I also get an out of heap error if I run it for a long period of time.

What works

Install: Works.

Viewing: Works.

Bookmark: Works.

Copy: You can use the copy tool to copy from the magazines to Linux. I tested successfully with OpenOffice. I could not paste directly into Gimp, but I've seen that happen even with native Linux apps.

Search: Works.

Jukebox: Works.

Almost everything seems to work, with the exceptions noted below.

What does not

Going online doesn't quite work... but only because the URL on DC's server is long since invalid.

Printing: Printing insists that you install a printer first.

Blame: Clicking the blame option crashes the program entirely.

What was not tested

I believe I tested every option.
