I had to use NoCD-patch to run the game.
The game ran smoothly, when the amount of maximum drawn
opponents was dropped down and some of the shadows was decreased. (I was testing the game with a laptop.)

What does not
The game may hang, if "Qualifying" or "Race" -buttons are pressed when the track is still loading. It is not recommended to push too many keys simultaneously during the gameplay, because it may make the game hang, too.
What did not work:Â
- In DirectX D3D -mode, "Track lighting and shading" is very glitchy. It may cause glitches under OpenGL-mode, too.
