I tested english version of the game from abandonia site ("Bermuda Syndrome.zip" md5: c43b012e7342e56510983f75b91f8be3). I set windows version to 3.1 as the game was written for this version. The previous appdb's test data mentions a problem with SETUP.EXE (which is present in French download of the game), it's still an issue, but easy to work around as the real launcher of the game is to be found in BERMUDA/SCN directory path called BERMUDA.EXE.
